2. Delivery Time

  • Since we partner with global and local suppliers, delivery typically takes 4-7 calendar days, depending on your location.
  • In rare cases (holidays, high demand, customs delays), shipping may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on most products.
  • If an item requires additional shipping costs, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.
  • You can monitor your package status anytime using this link.

5. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If delivery is missed and returned to us, we may re-ship it after confirming updated details (additional charges may apply).

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We’ll work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue quickly.
