At SimpleJoys, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- We will require video proof of unboxing of the item and image proof of the issue you would like to raise.
- Product will be eligible for return only if your product arrives damaged, defective, or in case of missing items.
- Certain products (like personal care items, perishables, or customized goods) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. Refunds
- We currently do not offer refunds as part of our store policy.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with missing items, we will be happy to provide a replacement at no extra cost. Simply reach out to us with your order details and supporting photos, and our team will assist you promptly.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After that, we may not be able to stop processing since items are prepared for shipment quickly.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement.

6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds if:
- Items are not returned in their original condition.
- Requests are made outside the eligible return period.
- The product is listed as non-returnable at purchase.
