At SimpleJoys, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Certain products (like personal care items, perishables, or customized goods) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are usually non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After that, we may not be able to stop processing since items are prepared for shipment quickly.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Exceptions
