We source products directly from trusted suppliers and ship them straight to your doorstep. Delivery times vary depending on your location but usually range between 7–15 business days.

3. Do you charge for shipping?

4. Can I return or exchange a product?


Yes. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

5. What if my order is delayed?



Sometimes logistics take a little longer than expected. If your order hasn’t arrived within the promised timeframe, just reach out to us—we’ll track it down and make sure you’re taken care of.

6. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?




Currently, we accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallets. (If you want COD added, keep an eye out—we’re working on it!)

7. Where do you ship?





We ship across India (or specify your region/country). Some remote areas may take a little longer, but we’ll get it to you.
